I installed Windows 11, but I don't have Wi-Fi drivers, I downloaded the latest one and restarted my laptop, but I still don't have Wi-Fi, and it is as if I never downloaded the driver.

    Hi @HarunHozic

Please Insert a paperclip into the hole andpress for four seconds to do a power drain to your system first.

    Ref:

    2. Please enter into the system Bios and load the system default settings and save and exit in the system bios.

    3. Please download the drivers from the below link:

    If still the issue persists:

    4. After the rebooting please check in the device manager whether any Red/Yellow marks is noted under the Network Adapter - If found any issues, please remove that adapter manually and reboot the system and check whether it is able to detect the WiFi adaper automatically after the reboot and try getting connected to the ISP/whether the WiFi is working, If still the issue persists, please take your data backup in a USB drive and keep it safe aside and run the system restore from the earlier system restore point when the Wi-Fi was working properly, check for the restore points available in your system and do the OS restoration from the earlier system restore point by when the Wi-Fi was working trouble free.

Restore from a system restore point

This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restore points are generated when you install a new app or driver, and when you create a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results.
    2. In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.
    3. Select Recovery Open System Restore.
    4. In the Restore system files and settings box, select Next.
    5. Notes:
      • If you don’t see the restore point that you want to use, select the Show more restore points check box to see more restore points.
      • If you’re not seeing any restore points, it might be because system protection isn’t turned on. Here’s how to check:
        1. In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results.
        2. In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.
        3. Select Recovery Configure System Restore Configure and see if the Turn on system protection option is selected.
          • If the Turn on system protection option is not selected, system protection isn’t turned on and there aren't any restore points. In this scenario, you won't be able to recovery your PC using a system restore point and will need to use one of the other recovery options listed on this page.
          • If the Turn on system protection option is selected, continue with step 6.
    6. You'll see a list of items that will be deleted if you remove this restore point. If you're OK with the deletions, select Close Next Finish.

If still the issue persists: Next try to Reset this PC

    Good Luck!!!

    Hi @HarunHozic

Ref: Screenshot below Could you please check:

If it is not listed in the device manager, there could be an issue with the computer hardware(Wi-Fi adapter). Please carry the laptop to your local/nearby Acer Authorized Service Center/ Acer Stores for further diagnosis in your country.
