Which xz2xxx exact series monitor do you have, as there are a few that start with the xz2xx, Anyway, to fix the vertical lines on your screen first check your cable connections, update the graphics drivers, or test the monitor with another device. If these don’t work, it might be a the monitor issue, and you should consult a technician. Good luck.

A green vertical line on your monitor can result from several issues. It could be a stuck pixel, which just shows up as a green line. Another common cause is a faulty video cable like HDMI or DisplayPort, so trying a new cable might fix it. Sometimes, the issue comes from the graphics card or its drivers; updating or reinstalling the drivers might help. Internal problems with the monitor, such as a faulty circuit or display panel damage, are also possible. Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can also cause such problems, so keep them updated. Additionally, interference from nearby electronic devices could be to blame, so moving those away might help. If none of these solutions work, it's best to contact Acer support for further help.
