Hello,

Experiencing a strange issue on my Nitro 5 3060gpu, running Win11. Lately (just a couple of weeks) getting low fps playing all the games that usually i'm playing. No GPU drivers update, no new applications tried also to unistall last month Windows Updates and DDU plus fresh GPU drivers (same version as always game ready 545.92) . The only fix is to disable/enable GPU on Windows device manager. No need to reboot. Then everything run ok as always. Temps are good: repasted everything 3 months ago to a local computer shop and played good for all last hot summer. Using my Nitro like a game console: no app than games no drivers update since two years when i found best settings for my tastes.
Experincing gpu performance loss sometimes at boot or sometimes while playing and sometimes dont.
Any idea how to get rid of this issue?

Thx for kind help,

Emanuele

Have you got the latest Win-11 24H2 version and all its updates installer to get to OS build: 26100.2161as you can also do a standalone install of this update if you haven't go it yet. As this update will improve your laptops response, fps gpu and OS performance by at least 10-15% overall (its done so to my AN515-56 which is basically the same laptop) as this update also installs all the latest driver and the correct and appropriate drivers for your laptop to work perfectly and that is what you need to do first.

Also, you need to have the last bios for the AN515-55 version: 2.06 installed and the firmware version: v101a that is all provided by Acer. Do all that and make sure that you have the last NVidia driver for the your laptop RTX3060 gpu which is the GeForce Game Ready Driver - WHQL - Driver Version: 566.03 - Release Date: Tue Oct 22, 2024. For best game settings, install the GeForce Experience software and play supported games thorough the NVidia settings for the RTX3060 gpu, as all this will solve the low fps issues. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
