I have predator Helios Neo 16 (2024) 1 month old. I observe that it has one dead pixel. I put extra care of my laptop because it is my first so I'm disappointed since idk why and how it get 1 dead pixel. I made the error which is failing to inspect the laptop's screen before purchasing. I guess I used my laptop for about three weeks before performing the dead pixel test and that's the time I saw 1 dead pixel. Until now I'm bothered since I keep looking for that 1 pixel even, I'm playing. Can anyone know if this is covered of warranty?

Yes, it should be covered under warranty . so talk to Acer service or you can also try to get a replacement from the store if possible.

I have a predator Helios Neo 16 (2024), which is one month old. I notice that it has ONE DEAD PIXEL. I took extra good care of my laptop because it was my first, therefore I'm frustrated because I have no idea why or how it got one dead pixel. I made a mistake by skipping to perform a dead pixel test before purchasing, therefore I did not check to see if there were any dead pixels.

How long did it take me to figure out that it had dead pixels? I used my laptop for around 2 - 3 weeks before doing the dead pixel test, and that's when I saw one dead pixel. When I discovered the dead pixel, I was very disappointed because my laptop was only a few weeks old, and I wasn't using it every day at the time, so I'm confused as to how one dead pixel appeared on my screen. I wonder if it had a dead pixel from the start, as I mentioned earlier that I forgot to check the screen right away after purchasing it. It took around two to three weeks before I checked it. Until now I'm bothered since I keep looking for that 1 pixel even I'm playing. Can warranty cover this damage?
