hello. I have a question about my laptop, the CPU temperature is 100 degrees and the cooling fan is running too slow, the GPU cooling fan is working fine, is it a mechanical problem with the CPU cooling fan?

The cooling fan mode is Auto.

What is your Predator laptop model number, if its the older models like the Helios and the pre 2022 models from the PH315-55 their cpu shutoff temp is at 100C with fan speeds between 2800/3100rpm so the slow speed is normal at that temp for the cpu fan.

The newer Predator PH or PHN laptops their cpu's have a shutoff temp at 110C and their fans in Turbo Mode have been tested by Acer and should operate at 71C max 6100rpm and if the temps are higher then the fans would spin even at a higher rpm. Let us know what exact model you have so that we can advise you on the exact cpu fan Acer oem model number. Good luck.
