    Hi, Jackie
I recommend that you uninstall all bloatware, preinstalled programs, 3rd party browsers and virus checkers. Open Task Manager-Processes and check how many apps are running at the background, if more than 70 uninstall the programs you don't need as they all reduce your internet bandwidth to the point that you have to reset your router. Also reset Windows Networking to factory default and move the router closer to your PC.

There is NO such model as the Aspire C24/22 AIO computer, give us the correct and exact AIO computer model that you have, if its an AIO that is being sold today, it should be an Aspire C24-1800 or similar model number, so and if its that model then you need to roll back the Wi-Fi driver like shown below or completely uninstall the Wi-Fi driver in Device Manager and then reinstall the oem Acer driver from the Acer support page for your AIO C24-xxxx model computer that your AIO computer came with initially from Acer, as that should work, if it doesn’t, then your Wi-Fi card is faulty and/or your network or modem are faulty. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Wi-Fi Driver Rollback: Go to > Device Manager > Network adapters > select the whichever Wi-Fi Card your laptop has > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the latest Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work,
