Which .M2 slot is the D: drive in the Predator Orion P05-655-UB22?

I recently purchased a Predator Orion P05-655-UB22 and found that it has 2 1TB .M2 drives already installed rather than 1 TB drive as I had hoped.

I would like to replace the empty D: drive with a larger .M2 as from what little I've gathered the 3rd .M2 slot doesn't support SSDs.

Without replacing them one at a time, how can I tell which slot is the C: drive with the operating system, and which is the empty drive that seems like it should be safe to replace? One appears to be directly underneath the CPU fan, and the other much more accessible above the top of the GPU.
