Hi, only install GPU drivers from Acer Support for your laptop model or offered by Windows as Optional Updates. Don't use Intel DSA or download directly from vendors unless you have explicit data about that driver for your system from a trusted source. Note that Intel Iris Xe requires RAM to run in Dual Channel Mode, check with CPU-Z if that is the case, in Single Channel Mode the GPU will revert to default UHD mode, regardless of the GPU driver you install.

To fix the BSOD issue I recommend uninstalling the Intell GPU driver in Safe Mode with DDU, download DDU freeware from the Wagnardsoft site and boot to Safe Mode: In windows keep the Shift key down while clicking on Restart (Power icon taskbar) and select in Troubleshoot Advanced Restart setting F4 or 4 (enable Safe Mode). Then open DDU and uninstall the Intel video drivers and just reboot, Windows will install the correct drivers for the Display Adapter.

Hi, recently i can't play Valorant without installing the latest Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics Drivers. With the one and only VGA driver version 27.20.100.9565 dated on 2021/10/20 installed, my Valorant will auto close. I have to DDU and install the latest Drivers and then only i can play the game. However, every restart of the laptop will cause black screen, I notice there is still sound during Windows 11 welcome audio. Is there any future update on this?
