How can I reinstall my CD ROM Disc Driver?

I accidently uninstalled my CD ROM Disc Driver and I don't know how to reinstall it. From what I've read so far, it seems like I merely disabled it and not uninstalled it. I'm hoping there's a solution online for it because I really don't want to have to take it to the shop but will have too if that's the only solution.
