Subject : Fault in LED TV Of ACER and inaction by the ACER in addressing the same.
Dear Sir, It is a very sorry state of affair at ACER through amazon. I had purchased a LED TV on 10.05.2024. The same was a gift for my sister-like colleague at her residence i. e., Ms. Nammi xxx C/o Sh. xxx, Flat No. xxx, xxx Delhi xxx India. The same was installed through the company representative / technician. However, the same has gone faulty merely in 05 months. The call was made on the customer care no.i. e., xxxxx-xxxxx in last week where-after one technician by the name of Shri Deep xxx (Mobile No. xxxxx-xxxxx). However, he was not able to resolve the problem stating that the spare part is not available. Thereafter, for the past 10 days umpteen calls have been made to Shri Deep but either he is not responding or misbehaving on the phone. Till date the set has not been repaired. Even, the undersigned has made calls on the number xxxxx - xxxxx but the same is unresponsive. Hence, I pray for urgent and immediate action so that my trust in ACER is restored. Regards, Vibhash xxx (xxxxx-xxxxx)
