Disabled ports on Acer Veriton Vero N6720GT

Hi! I have a Veriton Vero with the model shown on the title and I have it connected to an Acer monitor that came with it using a micro-DP port, and I want to connect a second monitor to it.

The problem is that the only other normal display ports (both DP and HDMI) are disabled according to the PC itself (as shown in the image) and I haven't been able to enable them with the methods that I found.

How can I enable them? Thanks.

Does the back of your computer look like this?

If so, the fact you have a GPU card installed (#1) means the onboard video is disabled. That is perfectly normal. If you have no card in the #1 position, then the onboard video should be working. The system detects a discrete GPU card during the initial startup process and disables the onboard video if one is detected.

These are the Acer Veriton Vero N6720GT quoted SG specs as shown by Acer for this mini desktop that you can connect a monitor to, so use the below ports. Good luck.
