Aspire A315-59 MS Office comes as pre installed,but after reset my pc it is gone.How to get back it.

I bought the Acer Aspire 3 A315-59 Laptop at Reliance Digital on 12.12.2023. Recently I had battery issues. The battery shows fully charged always. It will not show a decrease. Hence, I called Acer customer care and as advised I reset my laptop. After resetting, the MS Office comes as pre-installed gone. I was told at the time of purchasing, MS Office life time activation. How I get back that MS Office installation back, help me friends.

Sorry, you were told incorrectly, the preinstalled Office 365 program on all Acer laptops is not a lifetime license but a subscription version that you have to renew each year with the first year free. There are some good deals on the internet, like for $130 you can get a lifetime Office 2021 Home and Student version. If you want that Office365 trial version back, go online Microsoft Support/Office and download the 1-year free subscription program, not recommended as you will get pestered to renew your subscription frequently with all the promos and bloatware from Microsoft. Also uses a lot of resources and with limited RAM will slow down the performance.
