There is no proper response from your end , we have booked the ACER PRO SERIES 43 INCH tv on Flipkart and it also received after that we have taken photo while ON the TV there is no issue in that but while your technician person has come for installation during that he has broken internally while fitting tv on the wall and also we have tried to contact the customer care no is proper responded this is the way you will response for all customer???
We just need denial confirmation or job sheet, or service note from you then only we can able to replace the TV from Flipkart.
