Ciao!

I've just made a Win11 automatic update to my Veriton VX2660G and now headphones and loudspeakers doesn't work, and so does all me collogues' Veriton.

No downgrade available to the last Win11 working.

Is there any driver update available?

Thank you.

Here's the steps you can try.

    -Go to Settings
    -Click System
    -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.
-Look for Playing Audio and run the troubleshooter.

    -Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Sound and Video Game Controllers
-Look for Audio driver that was installed
    -Right click and Update
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver
-Let me pick drivers available drivers
-Choose an old driver and use it.

Connect the headphone and proceed with these steps.

    -Go to Control Panel
-In Control Panel, select Large icons from the View by drop down menu.
    -Select Sound.
    -Select the Playback tab
-Right click the headphone and click Enable.
-Right-click it again and select Set as Default Device.
-Right click headphone and click Properties.
-Click the Levels tab, then drag the volume slider towards the largest value.
    -Click on Advance Tab
-Uncheck the box to "Allow Application to take exclusive controls on this device"
    -Click OK.

Restart your computer and test the headphone audio.
If issue persist, you need to download the update the latest drivers.

Hi, just restore the system to the date before that update or to a date when audio was still working OK, type restore in Search and click on "Create a restore point" and "System Restore" followed by a date:
