The laptop charger for A325-42 is awaiting approval for last 10 days

After the technician visit turns out the laptop charger was faulty. I have been in constant touch with the acer support for last 10 days. And not once have I received a proper response. Cherry on top 1 executive and one senior executive hung the call up on me because the call was getting long. This time I got told today it would take another 5 business days, which would mean it’s not happening anytime this month because of the weekend and the festive holidays. Imagine having to wait for last 12 days then being asked to wait for another 10-15 days. While getting your rear being constantly kicked by your manager because the laptop you purchased is of no use because the company doesn’t have spare charger. For a model launched this year and bought within this month. Can anyone suggest me easiest way to sue the company. I don’t have anymore patient to wait for the charger.
