How to find serial number with dead motherboard on laptop and sticker fallen off?

Hey, the motherboard on my laptop has recently died and I have third-party insurance through Asurion. For them to fix my laptop, they need the serial number or S/N of it. However, the sticker with that information on the back of my laptop had also recently fallen off. I was wondering how to find the serial number of my laptop in this predicament. I bought this laptop through Amazon and still have the receipt and original documentation, but none have the serial number. Thanks!

The only way that you can get the serial number is from the BIOS>Information section, if you can get into the bios? Also what is the exact laptop model number and have you registered it with Acer? As and if you have regeared it with Acer, then you should have an Acer account that has the serial number of your laptop like shown below.

If you can't get into the bios and you haven't registered the laptop with Acer and you don't have an Acer account, then you can't get the serial number. Give the insurance company the Amazon receipt as that should have the model number of your laptop and they should replace the parts that way or we can help you out with the specs of your laptop from its service guide, as that is all that we can do.
