    Running latest bios update v1.08 and running latest official drivers from acer website except for nvidia, that I have updated latest driver from nvdida website.

    It seems that Acer Ligting Service is missing.

    Cant get it back even when I reinstall PS.
    Btw, when I download PS from Acer website and install PS it redirects me after installed setup.exe to MS Store for another download that cant be found if I search for it on MS store?

    Is that by design?

    Same issue. After installing PredatorSense download from Acer driver site, installation ends saying I have installed the "PredatorSense Installer". PredatorSense will not open- not installed?

    Hello,

    Try Windows Performance Counter reset:

    1) Close the NitroSense app;

    2) Open a Command Prompt / Windows Terminal (Administrator mode);

    3) Type these commands (copy & paste):

    %SystemRoot%\System32\lodctr.exe /R
    %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\lodctr.exe /R
    winmgmt.exe /RESYNCPERF

    4) Restart your computer.

    😉👍🏻

    After updating to Windows 11 version 24H2, PredatorSense v5.0.1463 may stop working on the Predator Triton PTX17-71 due to compatibility issues. To resolve this, try updating PredatorSense to the latest version, reinstalling the application, or updating your laptop's drivers. If the problem persists, consider rolling back to the previous Windows version or resetting the app's settings.

    Here's a more detailed breakdown:-
    1. Update PredatorSense:
    The most common solution is to ensure you have the latest version of PredatorSense. Check the Acer support website or use the built-in Acer Care Center to update the application.
    2. Reinstall PredatorSense:
    If updating doesn't work, try uninstalling PredatorSense completely and then reinstalling it from the Acer website or Acer Care Center.
    3. Update Drivers:
    Outdated or incompatible drivers can also cause issues. Check for driver updates, especially for display adapters, chipset, and other relevant components through Device Manager (devmgmt.msc).
    4. Windows Update:
    Ensure your Windows 11 installation is up-to-date. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
    5. Reset App Settings:
    If the issue is related to corrupted app data, try resetting PredatorSense to its default settings. This can often be done through the app's settings menu or by finding the relevant option in the app's installation folder.
    6. Check for Unknown Devices:
    In Device Manager, look for any "Unknown devices" listed under the "Other devices" section. If you find any, try to identify the device and install the appropriate drivers.
    7. Rollback to Previous Version:
    If the problem started immediately after the Windows 11 update, you can try rolling back to the previous version. Go to Settings > System > Recovery > Go back.
    8. Consider a Clean Install:
    As a last resort, a clean install of Windows 11 can resolve persistent issues, but remember to back up all your important data before doing so.

    To fix PredatorSense not opening, restart the Predator Service in Task Manager, run the PredatorSense Installer as Administrator, disable Fast Startup in Power Options, and reinstall PredatorSense from Acer’s official site
