There is no such official information given from Acer for your Nitro ANV16041 model laptop, as Acer uses thermal pad paste for the vram chips and liquid metal for the cpu and ordinary high quality normal paste for the gpu that they don't specify. I would strongly suggest that you use a high quality normal thermal pad for the vram and build it up with layers until it makes equal contact with the thermal module just like the cpu and gpu should do for efficient cooling.

The best paste imo and that I've used on my Nitro 2021 model as it works excellently (reduced temps by 10-15C) is the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal for the CPU while for the GPU you should apply the Kryonaut Extreme that is a high performance paste and for the VRAM chips apply their Minus Pad Extreme which come in two sizes of 120x20mm and 100x100mm @ thicknesses of 0.5.1.0.1.5,2.0 and 3.0mm and build these up so that the cpu/gpu and vram chips all make contact with the thermal module equally.

Note: with the liquid metal you have to be very careful on how you apply it, as its a conductive paste and it can destroy CPUs and mainboards if you apply too much of this paste, and if it spills onto the mainboard circuitries and especially underneath CPU and/or GPU chips, so only apply liquid metal as per guide below which is from Thermal Grizzly that I used. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
