I suggest that you do a proper Hard Reset of your Aspire laptop first, as it could be a frozen EC chip, which is common on Nitro gaming laptops (its happened to my Nitro laptop when it was about 14 months old too) and I did a hard rest and that fixed this issue for good and it never happened again.

What is happening is that the laptops EC chip freezes and needs to be reset as does the chipset and bios chips also. Do that and if the laptop doesn’t boot properly after that then its the laptops main power rail that needs a technician to analyze and fix the appropriate mosfet or capacitor chips that could be shorted. But be aware that it could be even more serious as in gaming laptops like the Nitro it could be that the battery protective mosfet chip that protects the cpu or gpu from high voltages has fried and the cpu or gpu are blown and then if the cpu is blown, you will need a new mainboard if the gpu is blown, then the dedicated gpu can be disabled and you can use the cpu graphics. good luck and hope this helps you out

To do a proper Hard Reset do this: remove the eleven (11) screws securing the lower case to the upper case laptop, then carefully pry the upper side edges to release the latches, take the main battery out and disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery that is underneath and then short these batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug and take the ram out, leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight and then reconnect everything.

Short the RTC/BIOS battery plug +&- pins to reset CMOS

When reconnecting everything back, if you have 2x ram modules only connect 1x ram module first and alternate the ram to see if the ram is not the issue of the laptop not booting properly or its the EC or Chipset chips that are causing this boot issue as this will reset the laptop and the laptop should boot properly. If not then send/take the laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country.
