    • First, restart your laptop, as sometimes a simple reboot can resolve software glitches.
    • Ensure all your drivers, especially the touchscreen driver, are up to date by checking through Device  Manager.
    • Verify that your operating system is fully updated by running Windows Update.
    • Enter the BIOS setup by pressing F2 and reset to default settings to rule out any BIOS-related issues.
    • Connect an external monitor to determine whether the issue lies with the display itself or the laptop’s  hardware.

Boot to BIOS with F2 to see if you get a display, if that works press F9 (reset) and F10 (save changes). Try to boot to Windows11. If still no display, connect an external monitor and if that work download DDU and in Safe Mode uninstall the Intel VGA driver, just reboot. Also check that your BIOS version is 1.17

DDU is used to completely remove an application or driver. In this case, the video drivers. Once DDU has completed it's task and you reboot, the driver will automatically be reinstalled since the OS will detect that the GPU is there and needs a driver.

I have tried dowload DDU and run it in safe mode, seem like still not work, the touch screen work but black still.

I thought need to change entire touch screen which is recommended by acer services center.

    thanks for your all advise

Then you know the issue isn't likely to be the software, which was already expected since you can't use the display for the BIOS. The display will have to be replaced. The display for a SP513-55N is:

Both are essentially identical, it looks like Acer was just sourcing from two vendors.
