Hi, try to connect to the USB-C port assuming your PC supports Display Port Alt mode. Also check your graphics card specs and if that supports 4K @ 240Hz make sure it is connected to the USB-C port.

Getting stuck at 120 Hz when you're aiming for 240 Hz can be frustrating! Try these steps:

    1. Make sure your graphics card supports 240 Hz and that you're using a DisplayPort cable, as HDMI might not support higher refresh rates.
    2. Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause display issues.
    3. Verify that the refresh rate is correctly set to 240 Hz in your monitor's on-screen display (OSD) menu.
