The CPU in use has nothing to do with the specification of the slot for an SSD. That slot type and spec is determined by the manufacturer of the motherboard. Since you are asking in the Server section I can't assume you have a laptop, but most 13th gen machines do support NVMe in an M.2 slot, with the PCIe 4.0 revision. You can put whatever size drive in that slot as you can afford, I believe that currently means an 8TB if you have $1000 or so to spend. Your CPU is an H model, which is typically used in a laptop…
