Hello. My nitro 5 broke down (AN515-58-55KH 15,6" 144Hz i5-12500H 8GB RAM RTX3050), service stated that it was a manufacturing defect. The laptop is of course out of warranty. Can You take a look at the service's opinions whether it could be a defect and whether it makes sense to write to the Acer service?

The service issued the following opinion: "damaged CPU bridge. The photo shows a bend in the core surface. For me it is a manufacturing defect, improper assembly of the CPU on the pcb, even this frame did not help it. Edit: the metal frame is to prevent the cpu housing from bending." Photo attached.

This is how it started: I finished watching a movie, closed the lid and the laptop went to sleep like hundreds of times before. in the morning it didn't respond anymore.

What do You think?
