Overheating can be caused by poor ventilation, dust buildup, or failing cooling fans.

Prevention: Ensure that your computer is well-ventilated, regularly clean the dust from your components, and check that all cooling fans are functioning correctly. To help reduce the temperature, you can place the Laptop on a hard, flat surface, clean the air vents and fans, adjust power settings, use a cooling pad, or turn off the Laptop when not in use. If necessary, monitoring the temperature and consulting a professional is also recommended.

Overheating of Acer Nitro 7 usually happens if the fan or the heat sink is blocked with dirt and dust. It is best to vacuum the laptop through the vents so that the dirt and dust are sucked out. If overheating persist, it's best to open the back cover and clean them.

      • Press Windows + I.
      • Go to Update & Security.
      • Click on Troubleshoot.
      • Select Power and then click Run the Troubleshooter.
    2. Clean Fans and Vents:
      • Turn off and unplug your laptop.
      • Use compressed air to blow out dust from vents and fans.
      • Wipe dust from vents with a cloth.
      • Clean regularly to prevent buildup.
    3. Use on a Hard Surface:
      • Always place your laptop on a flat, hard surface to avoid blocking air vents.

      • Use a stand or a book to lift your laptop, allowing better airflow around it.
    5. Use Original Charger:
      • Make sure to use the original charger and battery. If your battery gets hot, remove it and let it cool down.
    6. Adjust Windows Settings:
      • Lower the screen brightness.
      • Change power settings to Balanced.
      • Set cooling policy to Active when plugged in.
    7. Get a Cooling Fan:
