PH16-71 Cannot install PredatorSense on Helios 16

I have PH16-71 model. After entering the computer's serial number on the Acer's support search bar, I am being redirected to this link:

https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Predator_PH16-71/downloads?suggest=PH16;2 I downloaded the PredatorSense installation files (I tried all three). Went through the setup, but the setup does not seem to be doing anything. The application does not appear to be installing. I have also checked the installation path (which I believe to be C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer) and PredatorSense is not there.

Any help would be appreciated.
