Acer Shadow SH15-51 laptop goes to sleep then you turn it on the speakers don't work and many

I got Acer Shadow SH15-51 it has i7 13620H processor but there are several problems. First, when laptop goes to sleep then you turn it on the speakers don't work therefore you should restart or shut down then put the start button. The second one is, again when it goes to sleep the keyboard lightening does not work. The third one there is a RGB keyboard but I can not change it's color and there is no any information anywhere how to fix it up. And microphone and camera is very very bad.
