playstore and its apps not found after update in chromebook R13

Why I am not find playstore and all its apps after an update in my chromebook R13 before an update all the apps and playstore work properly after few seconds of update apps are hidden and not found even in setting. I am also unable to find enable and disable option of playstore in settings.
