Acer Aspire 5 laptop Charging issues, Keyboard lights up and then turns off

I purchased Acer aspire 5 last year. Just completed 1yr 2 months. And i love this.its good looking and give me good performance also.i use it very minimal because it is brought my own income.most of the time I used my office laptop.few days ago i show that it not charging properly and like when I put charge it ,it charging 5 to 10 sec than it off automatically i test it other chager too.than when it try to boot it keyboard lights are on few seconds and off automatically.i do reset battery as Acer support team guide me.can any one guide what to do.i realised it broken my heart.

There are lots of reasons:-

Overheating problem due to accumulation of dirt and dust inside the laptop.
Memory may have become lose or worse - dead.
Motherboard could be dead.

You could try this:-

Open up the laptop by unscrewing the back panel. If your battery is removable then no need to do this. Just remove the battery. And unplug the laptop.

If you had to unscrew the back panel to remove the battery - take this chance to clean the insides of the laptop using a can of compressed air and blow away the dirt out of the CPU/GPU fans.

If the RAM modules are not soldered, remove them and blow dust away. Reinstall them exactly the way you removed them. This is called “re-seating”.

Now, plug in the power and turn it on without the battery. If it powers on, then congratulations. You can turn off the power, plug-in the battery and screw back the panel.

If it doesn’t then either the RAM or the motherboard is dead. You may have to send it to a technician to look at it.

To reset your laptop's battery, power it off and unplug all cables. Flip it upside down and look for a small pinhole with a battery symbol; press it with a pin for 30 seconds. If there's no pinhole and your battery is removable, unplug everything, open the battery compartment, take out the battery, hold the power button for a minute, then reinsert the battery and turn it on. If you can't remove the battery, unplug everything, hold the power button for a minute, and wait 15-30 minutes before plugging it back in.

Check the battery, charger, or outlet if your laptop still doesn't work. Try using a different outlet, bypass any surge protectors, use another charger if you have one, or attempt to power it on without the charger if the battery isn't drained. These steps can help identify the problem.
