So, I am the owner of an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 NH. Q5XEU.038. The configuration of my laptop includes an AMD Ryzen 7 3750h with Vega 8, 16 GB of RAM, and an AMD RX 560x (mobile). The problem is that the discrete graphics card does not show up in the Device Manager or anywhere else at all. The situation is better with driver percentage – the graphics card appears after restarting the laptop every other time. With the drivers installed, the discrete graphics are completely absent. However, when the laptop is idle, a blue screen appears with the code "driver power state failure." This error does not occur under load. I suspect that this error arises when switching from discrete graphics to integrated graphics. Before the blue screen appears, the cursor stops working. The drivers were installed from the manufacturer's website. The operating system has been recently updated. "Data" in Device Manager gives this error code:

Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_67EF&SUBSYS_13671025&REV_C0\4&1a11cb31&0&0009 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem6.inf
Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Service: amdwddmg
Lower Filters:
Upper Filters:
Problem: 0x15
Problem Status: 0x0

Somebody has any ideas about that?

    If the laptop gets a BSOD blue screen error "driver power state failure" (see the fix solutions at that link) and if those solutions doesn't fix this error, and you are getting this error every time the laptop switches onto its discrete AMD RX560Xs gpu and this gpu doesn't appear in Device Manager, that means that the gpu is fried and the reason why you are getting all the BSOD error is because the AMD RX560Xs gpu needs to be disabled internally, so that the laptop only works on the AMD Ryzen 7 3750H Radeon Vega 8 Graphics.

    You need to take your laptop to a technician so that they can analyze exactly what is wring as it could be a VRAM that can be changed if its fried or if the gpu is fried they need to disable the discrete graphics internally so you can use the laptop on its cpu graphics. Good luck and hope this helps you out as there are no settings or rests that you can do to geta fried gpu working.

    Btw, if you want to buy a new mobo this is the oem mobo for you laptop with the Ryzen 7 3750H and the RX560Xs gpu:
