Acer Predator PH16-71 Predator Sense Problem, not able to make this application function.

I am facing a persistent issue with the Predator Sense application on my Acer Predator PH16-71 device.

Steps I’ve taken so far:

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Predator Sense app countless times.
I’ve used Revo Uninstaller to remove the application and reinstalled it multiple times.
I’ve uninstalled the app, cleaned the registry with CCleaner, and reinstalled it many times.
Despite all these efforts, I still cannot get the application to run. Even when the app receives updates via the Microsoft Store, it doesn't work.

In short, no matter what I do, I haven't been able to make this application function. Whatever changes were made in the recent updates, the program seems determined not to work anymore.

Moreover, the update installer from the Microsoft Store doesn’t appear on the driver page either, which adds to the confusion.

I am facing a serious issue, and it is affecting my work. I urgently need your assistance to resolve this matter.

I suggest that you do the first steps that you have done to completely uninstall all traces of the Predator Sense first on your PH16-71, also make sure that you have the last bios version 1.16 installed and the WD M.2 SSD firmware (if you have a WD M.2 drive) and then download the first PS version 4.1.585 and install that version.

Never update any Acer software from the Microsoft Store always use the Acer Support page for the PH16-71 as a download source for bios and firmware and Acer software's. Just as an example and I know that its a different model sense software, but on my Nitro 5, I've never ever had a problem installing the oem Acer Nitro Sense from my laptops when other did, this is even with the just installed new Win-11 24H2 version. So try that and seethe PS installs as the PS has been problematic for allot of users and you are not the only one. Good luck.
