Your Nitro model desktop is not the N60-650 it’s the N50-650 and its mobo has an 8pin main ATX plug that the Acer oem PSU also has, to make the Acer oem PSU work you need an 24 Pin to 8 Pin ATX PSU Adapter Cable for 3020 7020 90202420 like that.

The ASRock B760 PRO RS/D4 mobo has the same chipset B760 like the oem Acer N50-650 mobo model, so all components should be interchangeable like the cpu, RTX4060 gpu and ram except the PSU which needs the adapter like described above. Also and as long as you buy a new gaming ATX Form Factor Case: 12.0-in x 9.6-in, 30.5 cm x 24.4 cm the new ASRock mobo should fit as this mobo will not fit into the Acer Nitro N50-650 case as the mobos are different and the AS Rock is bigger.

I would also upgrade the M.2 SSD boot drive to the excellent and very speedy Samsung Gen 4 x4 lane 990 Pro NVme SSD as it will give your desktop an added boot also with all these upgrades. Good luck and hope this helps you out

Note: I would also seriously consider buying a new 24pin modular PSU like the reasonably and excellent EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W PSU for the RTX4060 gpu to perform allot better, as you will get much better performance with an upgrade 750W PSU.

    The Acer N50-650 oem PSUs
