I am using an Acer Swift 14-inch i5 13th generation laptop. My Bluetooth neckband connects to it, but no sound comes from it. The same Bluetooth neckband is compatible with my mobile, but no sound comes through when I connect it to the acer laptop. If there is any solution, please help me.

There are a few different Swift 14" i5 13th Gen laptop models, what is your exact model number is it the SFG14-71 that has the Intel Wi-Fi 6E BT 5.2 model AX211.NGWG.NV card or the SFX14-71G that has an Intel Wi-Fi 6E BT5.2 Killer 1675i card, as both of these cards have Bluetooth version 5.2 and should connect to your "Bluetooth neckband?" did you mean earbuds? If it is, then the Bluetooth problem is with your earbuds and not the Swift laptop.

I suggest that you do a driver refresh or if this doesn't work then completely reinstall the Bluetooth driver from the Acer Support page of whatever your Swift 14" model laptop.

Driver Refresh: Go to > Device Manager >Bluetooth > select the Intel Bluetooth Card your laptop has > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the latest Bluetooth driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your BT should work,

If the driver refresh doesn't work, then download the oem Acer Bluetooth driver for your Swift 14" laptop model and do a clean install of the BT drivers the same way as above for the refresh guide, as its a very simple process to do and should make your BT work. Good luck.

Also, and likely first, go to sound setting in Windows and look to see what output device is selected. Sometimes when you connect a Bluetooth device it's not automatically selected as the default output…
