Hi

I can’t install the Nvidia graphic driver.

The OS has also crashed twice after that, A technician installed the OS again and guided that the graphics card is failing, sometimes it is showing and not.

I suggest you to use this as a normal laptop, not a gaming laptop.

It may further cause you to damage of motherboard and you may replace it newly

Sometimes the graphics driver will show up some time and sleep most of the time.

" Can any experts identify, whether it is a software issue or hardware issue ? "

For Experts,

  1. I have attached the C:\Windows\Minidump in zip

2. Nvidia control panel recently download application is not opening

3. I can't install the Nvidia geforce experience

Model : Acer Aspire 7 - A715-75G bought on 2022

Part Number: NH.Q97SI.001

Try this fix first and see if this fixes the gpu detection and driver installation problem, [FIX] DRIVER UNLOADED WITHOUT CANCELLING PENDING OPERATIONS as that is what happened to my Nitro laptop whenever I installed an NVidia updated driver the installation would crash and I would get a BSOD blue screen but the driver installed, so try this first as I'm not sure what BSODs you got but you could have gotten this above.

Note: a replacement Acer MAINBOARD.W/CPU.I7-11800H.GN20-E3-6GB for the Aspire A715-75G mobo are not cheap and cost like USD $1,893.77. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

    Hi StevenGen,

    Thank you for your reply.

I also got the BSOD and the OS corrupted, often sometimes it got BSOD frequently.

After that, I just full formated my laptop and I after installing a fresh and clean OS.

    After that BSOD, didn't appear.

Do you want me to still try this ?

If the gpu is not detected and you are not getting BSODs after the clean install of Win-11 24H2, its up to you, but I must warn you that this "DRIVER UNLOADED WITHOUT CANCELLING PENDING OPERATIONS" fix is a long process and I found it a pain to do so be prepared for that first. but it could fix the driver detection which could be the problem with your A715-75G laptop, but its most likely that the laptops GTX1650 or the GTX1650Ti dedicated gpu that your laptop has is fried and you need to only use the cpu graphics like the technician said.

Note: the "DRIVER UNLOADED WITHOUT CANCELLING PENDING OPERATIONS" error means that a driver failed to cancel pending operations before unloading. Some of the driver files that may be giving rise to this error include intelppm.sys, intcdaud.sys, tmxpflt.sys, asusptpfilter.sys, and mrxsmb.sys. All these files are related to drivers so fixing them should not be a much off-of a complex task. Good luck.

Now, I booted my laptop and nvidia driver was working.

So I tried to play a game GTA IV.

The graphics resource is showing only 512 MB, While nvidia driver was not working it is showing my shared intel graphics memory as per the ram.

Then the game was stuck and shut down it with force.

Later, the nvidia driver is not working.

Would you want to still try out " DRIVER UNLOADED WITHOUT CANCELLING PENDING OPERATIONS "
