Acer Swift SF314-59-56F2 laptop stuck on logo, repeated shutdowns after start up

Hi, I'm currently troubleshooting my colleague's laptop.

Model: Acer Swift 3
Series: SF314-59-56F2

Problem:

After turning on the laptop, the Acer logo pop-up and loads for awhile. Suddenly, it goes off repeatedly. I have looked online, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the solution.

What I have done:

Turn on and go to BIOS (No problem), Turn on and press "F9" and try to reset the laptop but it shows "Please release power button" while I wasn't touching the laptop at all.

Need help or the next step that I should do?
Thank you !

Try to reset the CMOS that will also reset BIOS: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the round CMOS module with 2 twisted wires Red and Black next to right speaker (see picture) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- terminals inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.

The power button on that model is integrated with the keyboard, and as we all know, things can get spilled on the keyboard. The button might actually be sticking… Double check that and see if you can detect any gunk that might be interfering with the operation. If you can get into the BIOS POST is completing and the issue is likely with the OS load. A stuck button can do weird things when the OS tries to load. I doubt a BIOS reset will do anything if that's the case.
