SNID already registered error, I can not register it again

Some one removed my device in my products and now I cannot register it again, i get a red error stating that the SNID is already registered to someone and there's is a link to to contact support but the link also brings an error, see att. I have my suspicions on who did this, Is there a way to prove my suspicions and bring this person to account? I mean there has to a breach of some law here.
