Dear community.
I have purchased Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-55-71WE model, which contains 16GB (two 8GB memory sticks):

Manufacturer | Samsung |

Manufacturer Reference | M425R1GB4BB0-CQKOL |
However I am trying to upgrade ram to 64 GB (two 32 GB stick):

Manufacturer | Crucial |

Manufacturer Reference | CT32G48C40S5.M16A1 |
However, when installing these two new memory stick of 32GB each, PC does not start.
Please advice, is the bought RAM incorrect and other should be bought or, the motherboard does not support 32 GB memory sticks (in total 64GB)?
Or are there some kind of hardware/software changes that I need to introduce before I can install larger RAM memory sticks?
Thank you.
