Good morning. I Have couple questions.

Want to upgrade ram. Manual says max 32gb , Cpu specs says 64 on intel website....about chipset any info I found....so can upgrade for 64 or even more? Looking info from official source. Thank you.

(I guess specs for laptop says 32 because on that moment was only 16gb x1 max capacity)

While the Intel Core i9-12900H processor can technically support up to 64 GB, the laptop's design limits the upgrade potential to 32 GB due to its chipset and motherboard configuration. Some users speculate that BIOS updates could potentially allow for higher capacities, especially since the Intel i9-12900H supports up to 64 GB. However, there is no definitive official confirmation from Acer regarding this possibility.

    Here's the idea-

Plan to visit a local store with your laptop to test two 32 GB sticks for a total of 64 GB in dual-channel mode is a practical approach. If it doesn't work, you can then purchase a 16 GB stick to achieve 32 GB in dual-channel configuration pair with oem ram.
This method allows you to verify compatibility before making a permanent purchase, minimizing the risk of buying RAM that may not function correctly in your system. Just ensure the store has a return policy in case the upgrade is unsuccessful.

If you able to achieve 64gb, Make sure to test it properly using ram test, etc. As I can't guarantee stability because 32GB Is maximum acer allow for this laptop. Still it's risky
