regarding battery issue in acer swift go 14. (Swift SF14-71T)

i bought my laptop 6 days ago. I recently felt like there is a problem in battery. MY battery was at 66%, suddenly it fell down to 6%. so, i plugged it in to the charge and it came in same 66% again. what is the issue could you please help me.

    Locate the battery reset hole at the bottom of the laptop. Use a small tool to push that button for a few seconds to do a power cycle.
    Or do a battery calibration by using the laptop's battery power until it shuts down and the laptop is fully charged again.

    I don't really see an issue with that battery report, except that you aren't allowing enough time on AC power to get the battery to a full charge. Try leaving it plugged in overnight instead of just sleeping on battery.
