The Aspire A515-45 laptop last bios version 1.52 dated: 2023/11/28 is an accumulative type bios which means that the last bios has all the previous version bios fixes and all you need to do is to install the last version 1.52.

To update the bios versions for Acer laptops you need to do them through the windows operating systems with their .exe file which in the A515-45 laptop case bios version 1.52 is to click on file BIOS_152 as this will trigger the Insyde bios software to start like with the Insyde screen shown below

Before the actual bios flash and during the bios flash observe these rules for a safe bios update

1. Download the zipped last bios version 1.52 folder and unzip the folder onto the desktop
2. Make sure that the laptop is plugged into a reliable power source with the laptop adapter
3. Do not do a bios update if the laptop is susceptible to BSOD blue screen crashes as and if the laptop crashes midway through a bios update, this will brick the laptops bios chip.
4. Stop all software applications from running in the background like anti virus or malware types
5. Do not reboot and/or do anything to the laptop until the bios update process finishes 100% and your Aspire A515-45 comes back to its windows login screen automatically. This is very important as if you interrupt the bios process before its 100% finished the bios will be corrupted and your laptops bios chip will be bricked and unusable.
