Touchpad is not working, I have tried uninstalling and restarting device but it just reinstalls with the same problem. I have also reinstalled the Serial IO driver, but it still didn't fix anything.

Hi, you can't install the 12C HID device that is the Microsoft Precision device installed by Windows for your Touchpad. Stop installing touchpad drivers as you are making things worse, boot to BIOS and in MAIN press Ctrl+S to show the Touchpad settings, that should be set to 12C HID and not PS/2, save changes on exit BIOS and Boot to Windows, in Device Manager uninstall all yellow exclamation triangles, expand "Mice and other pointing devices" and uninstall all Synaptics and ElanTech touchpad drivers that you see, expand Human Interface Devices and uninstall all 12C HID devices, just reboot, do not install any drivers and touchpad will work.
This is what HID shows in Device Manager for my new Swift X
