Hello and a good morning,

Even this morning my laptop automatically turns off while I'm on the laptop doing things and automatically turns on again sometimes it gives a stop code 0xc000021a blue screen with a :( …

It happens me very often, and i am tired of this, bought the laptop on 3 rd. of May 2024.

I tried to install a new window with ISO file from Microsoft.com site, it doesn't work, the normal reset from settings, it doesn't work, I tried the CMD administrator commands what's told on YouTube, it doesn't work.

maybe here someone knows how I can solve this annoying problem what my laptop has.
