Did you try a battery reset? Turn off, disconnect from power for a few minutes, and press the reset button (normally on the underside and accessible with a pin, like a sim tray hole, with the word "reset" beside it). Press it for a few seconds and let it sit for a few minutes and turn it on.

If your laptop isn't turning on and the indicator is blinking while charging, here’s what to do:

First, try a hard reset. Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery if you can. Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds, then reconnect everything and see if it powers on. Next, check your power adapter. Make sure it’s working by trying a different outlet or another compatible adapter. Finally, unplug any external devices like USB drives, as they could be causing issues. Look at the blinking indicator light; it can give hints that might be a hardware problem

Remove battery and charger. Press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds to release residual power from circuits.

Plug back in charger to try to start up. What happens?

In case the charger is broken, plug in battery to try that.

It's possible it's a bad charger with battery depleted. I'd ask the shop to plug in the universal charger to see if that works. If not they'll need to test hardware to find the fault. We are unable to help you test the hardware involved here which is motherboard, battery, charger, GPU, PSU, etc. I hope this helps.
