My gpu overheats. I have Nitro ANV15-41

hello i have Nitro ANV15-41 that i bought recently (17th of august) but the gpu overheats to the point where the pc shuts down, the degrees went up to 95 and once 100 celcius, what should i do? the support told me that everything was fine but i dont understand?? is there an update i should download?? thank you in advance.

    Download and install the brand-new September 26 BIOS version 1.10 that updates the EM that controls the cooling of CPU and GPU. Change the Power mode from Best Performance to Balanced or Best Power Efficiency, Check that your RAM is at least 16GB and in Task Manager that the background processes don't exceed 75 apps, uninstall all the preinstalled programs, freebees-bloatware, trial versions, 3rd-party browsers and antivirus checkers.

    Overheating of Acer Nitro ANV15-41 usually happens if the fan or the heat sink is blocked with dirt and dust. It is best to vacuum the laptop through the vents so that the dirt and dust are sucked out. If overheating persist, it's best to open the back cover and clean them.
