why there's no product on my profile? what should i do?
I try to register new product, but it can't, and they say that snid is already used but my profile is empty:"(

    Contact Acer support and let them know. Typically when a SNID is already used it either means you are trying to register on the wrong site for your locale, or the system was registered by the dealer or on their showroom floor.
