I can get VRR(variable refresh rate) with optimus enabled, but when i switch to dpu mode only i can't seem to get gsync to show up in the nvcp. The laptop has been advertised to indeed have a G-Sync COMPATIBLE MONITOR on Acer's site, but it ain't working. The screenshot is in italian, this is what it says: "The vivid sRGB screen satisfies the nvidia gsync specifications" (translation for "La gamma di colori vividi sRGB al 100% soddisfa le specifiche NVIDIA G-Sync")

The Nitro ANV16-41 has either a model AMD 100-000001322 (AMD Ryzen™ 7 H) or a 100-000001320 (AMD Ryzen™ 5 H) cpu and both of these cpu’s AMD Radeon™ 780M integrated graphics work with NVidia G-Sync and AMD’s FreeSync most of the time as the high end graphics triggers the dedicated NVidia gpu, like this laptops either NVidia RTX 20 or 30 or 40 series gpu's that this laptop comes with. If the feature that was advertised does not work then send your laptop back to Acer Support in your country as there is a faultwith your laptop and get Acer to fix it. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
