Hi, uninstall all preinstalled programs, bloatware, trial versions and 3rd-party browsers and virus checkers as these run at the background updating to Cloud, check Task Manager background Processes those should not be more than 75. Keep the charger plugged in 24/7 and the battery 100% charged as fast charging of an almost depleted battery will generate a lot of heat. Change Best Performance Power mode to Best Power Efficiency Power mode

Just some other suggestions for a fix of your laptop, as yhe Swift Go 14 SFG14-71 with its 13th Gen cpu and its Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics has adequate thermal cooling hardware and should not be overheating and/or heating when its charging through its left side TBT4 Type-C Ports. This laptop is designed to work at a CPU Prochot of 100C / fan speed at 6700rpm at its high limit so those are the temps that you will expect this laptop to operate at its highest limits momentarily as its designed that way.

The hearting when charging through the TBT4 Type-C Port(s) are both TBT ports overheating or just one, as and if its one then that port could be shortening out with the adapter and you need to use the other port, if both TBT4 Type-C Ports are heating up while charging then have a look at this guide and do the things that they recommend for a fix “Windows Laptop is overheating when charging [Fix]”. Good luck.
