This model has LPDDR5x onboard RAM and cannot be upgraded.
For the SSD, you can replace the current 512GB M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD with any larger capacity.

Yeah, you just need an external case for the new drive, so you can do the clone. Once the cloning is complete you swap the drives and you should be up and running with the new, larger drive. When everything proves to be good, put the old drive into the case and reconfigure it as an external data drive.

As that last message suggests, the memory on your SFG14-73T is all soldered to the motherboard. They offer various SKUs with 8GB, 16GB or 32GB of memory, but what you get is what you have. You can't change it. The SSD can be upgraded as far as your pocketbook allows…

Thanks @Jack22, @AnhEZ28 and @billsey for response, I understand that my memory can't be upgraded and the only way to upgrade my storage in future is to replace my existing ssd? That is a pain in the neck, considering formatting and re-setting up my whole up for the upgrade :(

You can use SSD cloning software to transfer everything including the Windows from the old SSD to the new SSD.
