This might be a bug from the Care Center app. Try to reinstall the app to see if the issue is fixed.

The Storage PSCTL pop-up is a notification from your Acer laptop's BIOS that it has detected a problem with the storage controller. The specific problem is indicated by the Engmode message, which says "Wrong". This could mean a number of things, such as a driver issue, a hardware problem, or a conflict with another device.

The HCtm and apst messages provide additional information about the problem. HCtm stands for Hardware Controller Timeout, and apst stands for Automatic Power State Transition. These messages indicate that the storage controller is not responding properly to commands from the BIOS. So good luck and check that out .
