Acer Swift SF514-54T notebook has formed bubbles on the backside of the device, need help to fix it.

I am writing to report an issue with my Acer Swift SF514-54T notebook. Recently, I noticed that bubbles have formed on the backside of the device, which is concerning. I am unsure of the cause, and I would like to request assistance in resolving this matter.

    Unfortunately this is a common problem with some Acer laptops and your Swift SF514-54T model has developed this plastic material defect, your 2019 model Swift laptop Acer warranty has expired and the only thing that you can do is to get into contact with Acer in your country and see if they will change the bottom case of your laptop with a new one, I must tell you that its not guaranteed. Otherwise you need to buy a new bottom case (see caption below) and you can do the components swap yourself as its pretty easy to do. Good luck.

    Although those models are still being offered new in some locales, they are as suggested an older design. The issues with the coating on those cases has been resolved with the newer designs, but the only fix for affected machines is to either live with the defect or replace the cases… :(
