Acer ES1 511 no audio coming through headphone jack

My laptop's audio is not working when I plug my headphone. I already installed many different versions of Realtek High Definition audio driver, and it didn't work.
Checked for virus and couldn't find anything. And I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware problem, because it was working when I was using Linux, now using Windows 10 LTSC.

Installing different RTK driver versions may be your problem, this is a Windows8.1 laptop upgraded to Windows10 that is no longer supported by Acer and Microsoft, try to uninstall the RTK audio drivers with DDU freeware in Safe Mode and just reboot: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html

Just some additional information, install the oem Intel (R) HD Graphics Family driver first and the oem Realtek driver that Acer provided with this laptop initially from this 3rd party site that is safe as I’ve used this site for many older laptops and desktops drivers that were taken off their support Acer site and have had no problems, here is the link Available 26 files for Acer Aspire ES1-511 - HelpDrivers and install the Intel graphics driver and then the Realtek driver, if the Audio Jack doesn’t work after this installation then it’s the actual port that is faulty and needs checking out if its pins are properly soldered onto the mobo or the Audio jack needs replacing

The circled are below is the Audio Jack at the back of the ES1-511 laptop and its pins might be dislodged from the mobo and need resoldering or the Audio Jack is faulty and needs replacing, audio jacks do not just stop working for no reason or if you changed operating systems from Linux to windows as the audio jack should work with the windows drivers. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

I've uninstalled both video and audio drivers from safe mode, using DDU, and nothing worked, even after installing the drivers here provided. I just didn't install the video first and then the audio. My audio jack have no problem, as previously (just remembered that) I installed a random Realtek driver and it did work, although the sound was coming out from both speakers and headset, but I can't remember which driver I've installed.

When installing the Realtek driver that comes with this model, do you find an app that is related to Realtek?

There's the Acer HD Audio Manager. I can't select the audio jack inside of it, it's greyed out.

Can you post a screenshot of that audio manager?

I'll have to reinstall everything first. But I was testing linux and I managed to get the headphones working, so this is an issue that's only happening in Windows. See:

The audio in Windows is controlled by that Realtek App.
